The Role

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role in our Plymouth office. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from residential developments to education and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  2. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  5. Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. Experience working on projects within the property and building sector.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
