Flagship Consulting is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Plymouth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role in our Property Consultancy team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and project management skills.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  4. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
