This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop a new combined role, split 50% direct clinical care and 50% education, supporting existing and new pre-assessment staff in learning the skills to become effective Pre Assessment Nurses.
Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Department Lead Nurse in the continuing development of staff
- Working clinically with new and established Nurses and Health Care Assistants
- Maintaining effective, compassionate communication with patients, their relatives and staff of all levels
- Displaying highly effective multi-professional ways of working
