Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Sister/Educator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop a new combined role, split 50% direct clinical care and 50% education, supporting existing and new pre-assessment staff in learning the skills to become effective Pre Assessment Nurses.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Department Lead Nurse in the continuing development of staff
  • Working clinically with new and established Nurses and Health Care Assistants
  • Maintaining effective, compassionate communication with patients, their relatives and staff of all levels
  • Displaying highly effective multi-professional ways of working
  • Supporting a variety of learners in the workplace

  • Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a team
