Head of Transportation Strategy

RPS Group is seeking a Head of Transportation Strategy to join our UK Transport Planning Division. This pivotal role focuses on uncovering new avenues to expand our client portfolio and directly influence RPS' growth trajectory. Our expertise in transport planning spans various sectors, including energy, residential, commercial, sports, leisure, healthcare, and educational developments.

Key Responsibilities

You will spearhead initiatives to generate new business from your established client relationships, while also recruiting and nurturing your team. Providing clients with expert transport planning guidance will be essential to the success of their development projects.

You will enjoy autonomy in your role, supported by the broader Transport Team to cultivate the business, catering to developers, housebuilders, and infrastructure stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned transport planner with a robust network of client contacts. You should possess exceptional communication, leadership, and management abilities, along with the financial insight necessary to meet profit and loss objectives.
