**About the team**

The IMA-HOME Media team help clients connect their advertising to the target audience through paid media channels. We start by gathering audience insight in terms of who they are, what they look like, and what media they consume. Once we have that information we begin media planning using our bespoke planning process. We select media based on its ability to resonate with and deliver to the audience, always remaining relevant in terms of context and mindset.

**Summary of the Head of Digital Media Strategy role**

This is a leadership role within IMA-HOME's industry leading media team. You will be responsible in leading the strategic approach to digital paid media for our clients and will be a key player in ensuring IMA-HOME are at the forefront of the digital media landscape. You will have a proven track record of driving media strategy, spearheading new business pitching and collaborating with wider agency teams to deliver best in class solutions for clients.

**Some responsibilities of the Head of Digital Media Strategy role will include**
- Responsible for IMA-HOME’s digital media strategy working effectively with wider media leadership team
- Ensure that IMA-HOME's team are skilled across all aspects of the paid digital media landscape including PPC, Paid Social and Display & Video as well as working with AV team on CTV strategy
- Represent the agency to digital media suppliers and be a key decision maker and point of contact for suppliers and ad-tech partners
- Provide leadership to the media team ensuring they are expert In digital media strategy and execution
- Work closely with strategic stakeholders across the business to ensure the agency and wider media proposition is being applied to digital media
- Lead digital media elements of pitches and client business
