At H&P Executive Search, we're seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as a Commercial Graduate. This exciting opportunity offers autonomy, control over earnings, and career progression in a meritocratic environment.

We collaborate with international firms, including magic circle law firms and high-end investment banks across the UK and mainland Europe. Our team operates at the executive level, moving significant deal makers across the industry, resulting in one of the largest average deal sizes across the industry.

The role of a Head-hunter is multifaceted, comprising business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution. You'll work with the world's most valuable resource – its people – and gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and build relationships with passive candidates
  • Develop business across existing client relationships and new self-nurtured relationships
  • Negotiate and manage complex deals
  • Liaise with high-end blue chip clientele, advising on best business practice and procedure
  • Create market maps for deep market penetration and coverage
  • Participate in presentations, client pitches, and face-to-face candidate interviews

What We're Looking For:

  • 2:1 or above at Bachelor's level (preferred but not essential)
  • Ambition, drive, and entrepreneurial flair
  • Time management, efficiency, and exceptional work ethic
  • Strong communicative ability with sales process aptitude
  • Commercial awareness and high EQ and IQ
