- Proven experience in health and social care, ideally within a criminal justice setting.
- A deep understanding of substance misuse issues and the principles of recovery.
- Excellent communication and IT skills to effectively interact with individuals, agencies, and colleagues.
- The ability to confidently conduct group interventions and training sessions.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mental health interventions and services to provide holistic support.
