- Provide 24-hour care and support to young people with complex needs, including those with early trauma and emotional behavioral difficulties.
- Accompany service users to community activities and school daily, promoting socialization and integration.
- Uphold professional boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to National Care Standards and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.
- Prior experience working in a residential setting with young people.
- Flexibility in your role, including the ability to work varied shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Registration under the PVG scheme.
- A full driving license.
- A relevant qualification, such as an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
