The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Asphalt Plant Manager to run our operation at our site in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our management team to ensure a safe and operationally efficient environment, while producing high-quality products for our customers.

You will be responsible for achieving budgeted EBITDA and controlling fixed costs in accordance with our company budget and targets. You will also maintain and improve business relationships with all stakeholders, including neighbors and statutory bodies.

As our Asphalt Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to be involved in numerous exciting projects on site, aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will manage all aspects of the asphalt plant, including health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

You will oversee the continual improvement of site practices, including manufacturing cost reductions and effective maintenance scheduling. Management of fiscal documents will also be a key responsibility, ensuring that monthly personnel, maintenance, and recycling budgets are met.
