The Opportunity

Are you someone who thrives on finding innovative, cost-effective solutions while building strong relationships? As the Commercial Recycling Manager for our Southern Region, you'll be right at the heart of our recycling operations. 

You'll play a key role in ensuring we have a steady supply of reclaimed asphalt (RAP), working closely with various teams to make sure we're always one step ahead in the market.

You’ll work to secure the reclaimed asphalt we need, building and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best value.

You’ll monitor market trends and work closely with different teams to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

You’ll collaborate with procurement, commercial, and technical teams to identify ways to improve how we operate, helping us become more efficient and competitive.

You’ll ensure that everything we do follows industry standards, from sourcing materials to working with contractors, keeping us compliant with all regulations

You’ll help shape the long-term strategy for our RAP sourcing by contributing insights on market conditions, risks, and future opportunities.

You stay on top of market trends and conditions, using your knowledge to anticipate changes and adjust strategies. You’ll bring this insight into our business, helping us navigate the evolving landscape of asphalt recycling.

You may have experience in logistics, procurement, or even the asphalt or quarrying industry. If so, you’re already familiar with the challenges and opportunities in this field, and you’ll use that knowledge to help streamline our processes.

You’re not afraid to think outside the box. When faced with a challenge, you proactively seek creative solutions, always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
