About the Role

Pembury Legal is seeking a highly skilled Funds Regulatory PSL to join their team in London. As a key member of the firm, you will work closely with partners and a team of 15-20 professionals to develop a knowledge function that supports lawyers in maintaining and growing their technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on financial services regulations and funds.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical knowledge of lawyers and other team members.
  • Conduct market research and horizon-scanning to identify emerging trends and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide regulatory support on new product launches, deals, and other projects.
  • Contribute to business development and strategy initiatives to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in financial services regulation and funds.
  • Strong background in financial services regulation and funds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
