About Remedy Education:

Remedy Education is a dedicated educational organization focused on delivering exceptional, tailored learning experiences for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

We are in search of enthusiastic and qualified SEN Educators to become part of our team in Redbridge.

As a SEN Educator, your role will involve working closely with students either individually or in small groups, providing customized instruction and assistance to help them navigate learning obstacles and attain academic achievements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Utilize a diverse range of teaching techniques and resources to cater to various learning challenges.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN certifications.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in working with children with SEN within an educational environment.
  • Possess a strong comprehension of different SEN conditions and effective pedagogical strategies.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to supporting students with special needs.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the unique requirements of each student.
  • Have experience with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc.
  • Possess additional certifications or training in SEN education.
  • Be familiar with assistive technology and other resources beneficial for SEN students.
