Teaching Personnel's PWR Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and innovative professional to provide exceptional support and learning experiences for students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide targeted support for students with special educational needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and support
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to special educational needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in a SENCO role or in supporting students with special educational needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
