We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales to join our dynamic team at Job Heron. This role is integral to our expanding consultancy in the energy sector, focusing on energy efficiency initiatives.
The sales team utilizes a specialized mobile application to identify properties that qualify for government-supported energy efficiency programs. Eligible households can access funding to enhance their energy efficiency, lower their utility costs, and transition to renewable energy solutions.
This position primarily involves fieldwork, and candidates should ideally have a background in the designated sales area.
We offer a competitive compensation structure with an expected earnings potential of £75,000 in the first year and up to £120,000 in the second year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the mobile application to locate homes eligible for energy efficiency funding
- Conduct daily outreach to potential customers
- Monitor personal performance metrics within the sales application to achieve weekly targets
- Establish and nurture relationships with property owners to enhance the sales pipeline
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in cold calling
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales
- Possession of a full UK Driver's Licence
Essential Skills:
- Fluency in the Welsh Language is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong determination and confidence to generate 3-5 new clients weekly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in completing daily administrative tasks
