About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our client, a well-established rural business, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the technical team, ensuring products comply with both legal and customer requirements by monitoring compliance and due diligence specifications across the product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Label and packaging changes control against commercial and customer communications
  • Review suppliers' due diligence for packaging to correct information
  • Update quality service levels and complaints data as part of internal KPI reporting
  • Review compliance results against regulations highlighting any non-conformances
  • Liaise with quality assurance and production teams
  • Support with monitoring systems, ensuring products packed and dispatched to meet customer specifications and legal requirements
  • Improvement of Quality Management Systems
  • Process control auditing and assist with sampling, as required
Requirements
  • A competent, data orientated administrator with an eye for detail
  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Prior due diligence and compliance experience is essential
  • Prioritisation skills, able to work on your own initiative taking full ownership for your work
  • Organised with great communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel within the UK, on occasion
