We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our client, a well-established rural business, on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the technical team, ensuring products comply with both legal and customer requirements by monitoring compliance and due diligence specifications across the product range.
Key Responsibilities- Label and packaging changes control against commercial and customer communications
- Review suppliers' due diligence for packaging to correct information
- Update quality service levels and complaints data as part of internal KPI reporting
- Review compliance results against regulations highlighting any non-conformances
- Liaise with quality assurance and production teams
- Support with monitoring systems, ensuring products packed and dispatched to meet customer specifications and legal requirements
- Improvement of Quality Management Systems
- Process control auditing and assist with sampling, as required
- A competent, data orientated administrator with an eye for detail
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Prior due diligence and compliance experience is essential
- Prioritisation skills, able to work on your own initiative taking full ownership for your work
- Organised with great communication skills
- Full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel within the UK, on occasion
