About the Role:

This is a brand-new Specification Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of renewable technologies. You will run the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing from cradle to grave. Specifying through housebuilders on a regional level, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers and social housing through local authorities and housing associations. You will offer an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient and low carbon renewable heating systems such as air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and electric boilers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including housebuilders, developers and local authorities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful specification and installation of our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the renewable energy or heating industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
