Join Our Team as a Contract & Project Management Officer (Facilities)

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract & Project Management Officer (Facilities) to join our team at Barker Phillips Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and projects related to facilities management, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy efficiency projects that lead to significant cost savings for our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize projects that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract and project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
