Deputy Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager and deputising for them in their absence. You will lead your team to provide exceptional, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or visual impairment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the service
- Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence
- Lead your team to provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we support
- Develop and implement professionally designed support plans
- Manage staff performance, training, and appraisals
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working towards it
- Experience of working with people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or visual impairment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driving license (desirable)
