Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary of £41,000 with an on-target earnings potential of approximately £50,000, alongside extensive travel opportunities and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Technician, you will:
1. Provide expert maintenance and technical support for machinery at client locations.
2. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
3. Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
4. Actively seek customer feedback to propose enhancements and improvements.
5. Lead training initiatives for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A valid UK driving license with a clean record.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in maintenance engineering within the FMCG, packaging, or food sectors.
- A positive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
