Automotive Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our repair shop, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of cars and small vans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard
• Fitting of exhaust systems, tyres, clutches, timing belts, and other components
• Performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
• Ensuring accurate and efficient completion of paperwork
• Conducting routine maintenance work to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity
• Inspecting vehicle engines, mechanical, and electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade

Requirements:

• A fully qualified vehicle technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A current and valid UK driving license
• A dedicated and committed approach to work
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions to prevent accidents and injuries
