About the Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader at idverde, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of grounds across High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, and Marlow. This includes tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high-quality grounds for clients across the region
* Lead a team of grounds maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and effective work
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure grounds are kept in excellent condition
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Valid UK driving license
