We are seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations within a family-owned pharmacy. This position offers a competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 annually, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume pharmacy that processes approximately 12,000 items monthly through an offsite dispensing hub. This role includes a generous holiday allowance of 5 weeks plus statutory holidays.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Pharmacy and hold an active GPhC registration. A minimum of one year of management experience in a busy pharmacy setting is preferred.
