About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Admin to join our team at Informa. As an HR Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting the full employment cycle of our global workforce, ensuring seamless HR services and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS systems (SAP and Oracle) to maintain accurate colleague profiles and ensure timely updates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Benefits teams to meet payroll deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare, run, and submit payroll each month to our in-house payroll team and external provider (ADP).
  • Produce ad-hoc letters and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle systems.
  • Understanding of HR/Payroll administration.
  • Previous experience in an HR SSO environment is desirable.
