### Job Title: Sales Manager

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Project People. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sustainable and profitable long-term 5G Private Networks contracts with enterprise and public sector customers.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting for new customers within agreed geographical and vertical market sectors
* Understanding customer business challenges and mobile connectivity requirements that can be addressed with 5G Private Networks
* Engagement at CxO level within opportunities to develop compelling solutions and commercial models
* Manage opportunities and pipeline effectively through Salesforce
* Lead and manage internal stakeholder relationships for success proposals and responses to ITT's
* Collaborate closely with various internal teams such as Pre-sales, Project Management, Global Engineering and Operations and channelling them to the customers to ensure the resolution of the business challenges
* Managing end-to-end contracts negotiation
* Representing the company and promoting our connectivity solutions in the events and media of the industry/country
* Provide innovative solutions to the customer needs and propose and implement best practices as outlined in 'The Way We Work.'

#### Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's degree
* 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development (hunter approach preferred)
* Experience of working in some of the following industry areas: telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, refineries, power plants and other process industries
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to lead teams, of both internal and external cross-functional partners, without direct management authority (matrix management)
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
* Comprehensive understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Working knowledge in: 5G & 4G, RAN
* Fluent in English - other European languages are a plus
