About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Worker to join our team at Sussex SARC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing dedicated support and care to victims of sexual assault.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert patient-centred services to victims of sexual assault
  • Collaborate with the SARC team and wider company network to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting required
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle necessary for travel across SARCs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
