Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Care Support Specialist to join our team at Brownrigg, a registered care home with 6 beds. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living skills development, personal care, and community-based activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment
  • Assist with daily living skills development, personal care, and community-based activities
  • Work with clients who may present with challenging behaviors
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
  • No need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour contract
  • Driving license (advantageous but not essential)
