Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Type: Part-time (8 hours per week, term time only), Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm to 9pm

Location: RNN Group

Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in the organization’s customer engagement strategy, situated within the Recruitment team. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will ensure that all prospective learners have a positive interaction when they inquire about courses, whether through face-to-face communication, telephone, or digital channels.

Utilizing a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-centric approach, you will contribute to the organization’s mission of equipping students and the community with essential skills through exemplary teaching and learning practices.

As this role requires working two evenings per week, the ability to manage inquiries effectively and independently is crucial.

Qualifications:
You should possess a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (equivalent to GCSE), along with a Level 3 qualification in Information & Guidance, and a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service, or be willing to pursue these qualifications.

Team Structure:
This position is part of the Recruitment and Events Team, which operates under the guidance of the Head of Recruitment and Events, with support from the Director of Recruitment and Marketing.
