**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Associate Event Producer to join our team. As an Associate Event Producer, you will truly represent our 'go further' passion who is satisfied by only delivering outstanding, creative brand events and experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Own small scale projects or dedicated project sections from beginning to end. When supporting larger projects, keep the Project Lead updated, playing a proactive approach in mitigating any hurdles.
  • Implementing client requirements on a project-by-project basis, challenging and suggesting alternatives if it's for the good of the project
  • Able to budget and manage production, strategy and resource on a small - medium projects, working towards building that knowledge
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of project management and good foundation knowledge in strategic processes. Understands how the departments collaborate to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the client's needs whilst aiming to exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Work with the wider team and clients to source and select all event elements which meet the event objectives, including venue, logistics, creative and technical. Inputting also into project resourcing.
  • Brief in simple creative design briefs to the creative team, managing time spent and deadlines
  • Hold a basic understanding of technical production, but know when to bring in a dedicated technical production manager/team for the good of the project.
  • Own project planning and on site documentation/schedules, ensuring budgets and critical paths (project milestones) are appropriately populated.
  • Develop a preferred supplier network.
  • Sharing learnings with the team from an operational, technical, content and supplier perspective
  • Maintain client relationships by delivering high quality work at every stage of the project
  • Ensure the team's time is well allocated, tracked and spent wisely on projects, charging for actual time spent.
  • Ensure projects are reconciled and information is passed in a timely fashion to Finance for billing

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of working in a creative event agency environment and project team management
  • Operates to an exceptional level of delivery, balances an excellent eye for detail whilst considering the overall project objectives
  • Works in a calm and composed manner when managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Maintains the resilience and stamina required to sustain performance when under pressure
  • Enjoys being involved in a wide variety of projects
