Position Overview

We are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Support Workers for our Respite Service. This role involves working in a nurturing environment where you will provide care and assistance to individuals requiring short-term support.

Compensation: £12.00 per hour
Work Hours: Two 15-hour contracts and one 30-hour contract are available.

Our facility is dedicated to offering exceptional care to individuals during their short stays, ensuring they feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will embody our core values by providing outstanding care and support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting domestic tasks. With your compassionate approach, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for service users.

You will have the opportunity to adapt your support to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your determination will help you navigate any challenges that arise, providing comfort and reassurance to those in need.

Qualifications

No prior experience or specific qualifications are required for this role. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications as needed.
