Position Overview

We are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Support Workers for our Respite Service. This role is essential in providing care and assistance to individuals during their short stays at our facility.

Compensation: £12.00 per hour
Work Hours: Available contracts include two 15-hour positions and one 30-hour position.

Our service is designed to offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals requiring temporary care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will embody our values by providing exceptional care and support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Administering medication as required.
  • Supporting with household tasks to ensure a comfortable environment.

Qualifications

No prior experience or specific qualifications are necessary for this role. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, with opportunities for professional development as needed.
