About the Role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the online NCR management tool. This involves monitoring multiple contracts to ensure stakeholders complete their activities within predetermined action and escalation time frames.

The ideal candidate will have experience in proposing and implementing quality-related solutions, interfacing with project teams, supply chain organizations, and independent third parties. They will be responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and analyzing reports on NCR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the NCR Facilitation Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Liaising between the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Suppliers, and CCIS admin to expedite any CCIS (PLM) tool technical issues.
  • Implementing and monitoring the NCR status report within allocated contracts.
  • Supporting NCR stakeholders to manage the NCR process in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all Non-Conformance processing tool/s and management process issues are captured, monitored, and addressed.
  • Expediting stakeholders to meet contractual obligations in terms of responses.
  • Adhering to the 21-day procedure target for manufacturing NCRs and 28 days for site NCRs to provide a response to the contractor.
  • Tool enhancements, awareness & training, onboarding & issue support.
  • Escalating as appropriate where the NCR management procedure is not respected.
  • Supporting access to the Non-Conformance processing tool for all users.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact and resolve issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment. They will also have a strong focus on continuous improvement and be able to create a climate of trust.
