Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support to Architects, Contractors, Developers, and End Users. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide accurate information about our products. You will also be responsible for gathering an understanding of our products and their technical aspects, as well as becoming proficient in using our CRM and Estimating software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support to clients
  • Gather an understanding of our products and their technical aspects
  • Become proficient in using our CRM and Estimating software
  • Attend meetings and provide general office support where required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to learn about new products and systems
  • Good grasp of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
