Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing 4-6 accounts, developing and executing digital PR and social strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement by leading the quarterly process meetings, creating campaigns that enhance brand awareness and search visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Manage 2-3 direct reports, driving their success and the agency's.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to new business development as part of the pitch team.
  • Strategy Development: Analyze results, optimize strategies, and stay creatively and intellectually engaged to enhance brand communications in earned media.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital PR and social media strategies, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE.
