Be the Hero on the Roadside

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will be to provide a safe and reassuring presence, ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for during their time of need.

With a strong focus on customer service, you'll work independently to assess and resolve a range of issues, from minor breakdowns to more complex recoveries. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in getting our members back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.

What We're Looking For
  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) licence too
  • A Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card
  • The ability to adapt to new technology and work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
