Company Overview

The AA is seeking a skilled Roadside Recovery Driver to join our team. As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles to a garage for repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at the roadside in a timely manner to assist customers with vehicle recovery
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide a reassuring and professional service
  • Transport vehicles to a garage for repair, ensuring safe and efficient delivery

Requirements:

  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) licence
  • A Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
