Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position located in a vibrant area of London. All team members will start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and customer relationship management, followed by responsibilities aimed at driving sales and revenue through targeted field marketing and technical sales initiatives. Daily activities will include hands-on training with personalized coaching, engaging potential customers face-to-face, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Our objective is to cultivate qualified individuals for management roles as we continue to expand both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and customer engagement skills, with a history of meeting targets and driving revenue preferred.
  • A background in sports is advantageous for teamwork and competitive spirit.
  • Open to coaching and development from peers.
  • Strong face-to-face communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with experience in collaborative environments.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
