About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join our team at Castle Fine Art. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in our prestigious Oxford Gallery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and inspiring and motivating their team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the Oxford Gallery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including current and new customers
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Support the implementation of business development activities, including promotional events and marketing initiatives
  • Operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery environment
What We Offer
  • Salary with On Target Earnings of £40,000+
