Position Title: Support Worker

Location: Based at LinkLiving's office.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis)

About the Service:

Our Edinburgh Mental Health Services comprise multiple teams of support workers who provide visiting tenancy assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges throughout Edinburgh. Additionally, we operate a Core and Cluster accommodation service, offering more intensive support for those transitioning from long-term hospital stays. Our assistance empowers clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes while enhancing their mental and physical wellbeing.

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Support Workers to join our team and positively impact the lives of those we support through our Edinburgh Mental Health Services.

In this position, you will be guided to adopt a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, fostering effective relationships with individuals affected by various mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing emotional, practical, and social support to help clients live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.

This position may require the administration of medication to some individuals we support, with comprehensive training provided.
