- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures and meet the standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed about their care and support.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to residents and staff to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Experience: A track record of delivering high-quality care and support services to vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience of leading and managing a team of care staff.
- Knowledge and Skills: A good understanding of care and support principles, including dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and fulfillment. Ability to apply this knowledge effectively in a care and support setting.
- Qualifications and Training: A good standard of general education, including GCSEs in Maths and English. A QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. An NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or will work towards this qualification within 18 months of starting.
