Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Support Specialist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality housing-related assistance to individuals residing in a short to medium-term accommodation setting. In this role, you will collaborate with residents, empowering them to realize their potential and fostering a sense of belonging within their community.
As a keyworker, you will promote positive and healthy living practices while assisting individuals in developing essential skills for independent living. You will engage closely with our community partners and adopt a multi-agency approach to facilitate successful outcomes for those in our care.
Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our service users are vital for this position. While comprehensive training will be provided, candidates should embody qualities such as friendliness, proactivity, positivity, approachability, and a non-judgmental attitude.
