We are in search of a seasoned and motivated technical sales manager to enhance our team, focusing on high-performance motion control systems utilized in critical sectors such as defence, aerospace, and subsea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at penetrating target markets and securing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations that emphasize our component capabilities and unique value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Over 5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in selling components or systems within the defence, aerospace, or subsea sectors.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and translate complex technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with customers and partners.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management capabilities.
