Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Cherryred. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless execution of events, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, marketing, and technical support.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including artists, promoters, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of live music venue operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
