Pastoral Assistant - Social Science Graduates

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Pastoral Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to provide pastoral support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing pastoral support to students, including mentoring and guidance
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the well-being of students
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of pastoral programs
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Psychology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and working with young people
