Job Title: Pastoral Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral support to students, including guidance and counseling
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive a comprehensive education
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure students receive consistent support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
