### Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Delivery Manager with the operational management of the scheme
* Deliver an outstanding service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Work closely with the Delivery Manager to develop and implement operational strategies
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
