Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate facilities management tasks, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Maintain accurate records of facilities-related expenses and invoices.
  • Assist with space planning and office relocations to maximise efficiency.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
