Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

Launch Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Senior.NET Developer to join our Business Solutions Team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in C# and the.NET Framework, with a proven track record of developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-standard solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy software components using C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Provide 3rd line support for in-house developed systems, working closely with the rest of the team to resolve issues and implement changes.
  3. Adhere to established standards and procedures to ensure consistent, measurable results.
  4. Implement change and release management processes as part of the software development lifecycle.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become incidents.
Requirements
  1. Excellent knowledge of C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Strong understanding of SQL-based databases, including SQL 2008 and SQL 2012.
  3. Good knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010.
  4. Familiarity with Team Foundation Server 2010 and Team Foundation Server 2012 is beneficial.
  5. Knowledge of standards for web development, including HTML and CSS.
  6. Understanding of accessibility requirements for internally developed systems.
  7. Familiarity with Agile methodology and test-driven development.
  8. Familiarity with SSIS.
  9. Ability to anticipate problems, identify risk, evaluate impact, and produce appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  10. Excellent deadline and personal time management skills.
  11. Ability to roll out solutions that are well-tested and meet the needs of end-users.
  12. Capacity to work with other team members when additional resources are required on projects.
