Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

Launch Resources Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer to join our Business Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing systems and developing software components using C# and the.NET Framework.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and support enterprise-standard solutions using C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve potential issues before they become incidents.
  3. Implement change and release management processes as part of the software development lifecycle.
  4. Follow standards and procedures to produce consistent measurable results.
Requirements
  1. Excellent knowledge of C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Excellent knowledge of SQL-based databases.
  3. Good knowledge of SQL 2008 or SQL 2012.
  4. Good knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2010.
  5. Knowledge of Team Foundation Server 2010 or Team Foundation Server 2012 beneficial.
  6. Knowledge of standards for web development (such as HTML & CSS).
  7. Understanding of accessibility requirements for internally developed systems.
  8. Familiarity with an Agile methodology and test-driven development.
  9. Familiarity with SSIS.
  10. Ability to anticipate problems, identify risk, evaluate impact, and produce appropriate solutions.
  11. Excellent deadline and personal time management skills.
  12. Ability to rollout solutions that are well tested and meet the needs of the end users.
