Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

Launch Resources Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer to join our Business Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing systems and developing software components using C# and the.NET Framework.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software solutions using C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Provide 3rd line support for in-house developed systems and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  4. Implement change and release management processes to ensure smooth software development lifecycle.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes.
Requirements
  1. Excellent knowledge of C# and the.NET Framework.
  2. Strong understanding of SQL-based databases and SQL 2008 or SQL 2012.
  3. Experience with Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server 2010 or Team Foundation Server 2012.
  4. Knowledge of standards for web development, including HTML and CSS.
  5. Familiarity with Agile methodology and test-driven development.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
