About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investigative Support Manager to join our Professional Standards Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and guidance on complaints and conduct matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration team, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
- Conduct final assessments on proportionate investigations, determining the need for disciplinary proceedings or appropriate action when necessary.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers, departmental heads, and others on complaints and conduct matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing staff and developing people.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, producing reports and presentations.
- Successful track record of managing competing priorities and adopting a flexible approach to working under tight deadlines.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to meetings and events.
